What about the costs of all that we offer?

Your fortnightly leasing fee is $256.88 (CPI formula adjusted rate as at 18 September 2009). There are no body corporate fees, no deferred management fees, no land tax, no garbage charges, no stamp duty, no legal fees.

Apart from your fortnightly lease fee, all you pay for are your own phone, electricity, water usage, gas and house insurance. If you would like your lawns mowed then there is a $9.14 fortnightly fee.

And you don't have to walk up to the office each day for your mail, it is delivered directly to your home letter box by Australia Post.

You don't even have to mow your lawns. We do that for you (and whipper snip the edges).

Of course you are welcome to have friends and family visit and stay for holidays. And naturally, all the facilities are also available for your visitors. (Some restrictions on children using equipment and visitors must abide by Village rules).

You can sell your home any time you wish without incurring any "deferred payment" charges or any other impost on your own hard earned assets.

Any profit you make on the sale price over what you purchased your house for are yours to keep.

We can even help you to sell. (Normal real estate commissions apply).
