Our boundary is fully fenced with a security gate at the entrance. We offer 24 hour, seven days a week on site management because your security and safety is something we take seriously.

What about the cost of all that we have to offer?
Apart from the $284.70 fortnightly site leasing fee (as per the 2011 market review) there are no other outgoings such as; body corporate fees, deferred management fees, land tax, garbage charges, stamp duty, legal fees. All you will have to pay for is your own electricity, telephone, gas, water and home insurance. If you would like your lawns mowed this is a $10.08 charge per fortnight.

You can sell your home at any time you wish without incurring any "deferred payment" charges or "Exit Fees" or any other tax on your own hard earned assets.
Any profit you make on the sale price over the original purchase price of your home is yours to keep. We can even help you to sell. (Normal real estate commissions apply).
Mail: is delivered directly to you own mail box by Australia Post.
Lawns: We will even take this worry from you for a small cost, as we employ a contractor who maintains home owners lawns, he even whipper snips the edges.
Visitors: All family and friends are welcome, either for a day's visit or a longer stay and all the facilities are available to your visitors if accompanied by the home owner. (Some restrictions apply on children using equipment).
